I love real butter. Fat tastes so good. Gave it up. No butter in my fridge for 5 months now. I've lost 20kg. Mind you, it was a huge diet change that did it. I don't exercise, firetruck that. Meal replacement shakes for a good 5 months now. 2 coffees in the morning and 1 shake. Along comes 11.30am and I'm into 2 carrots and a fist full of celery, and a shake. When you get the hunger burn, you know that you are losing weight. Come dinner time, 200g of canned tuna with light soy sauce, 8 pitted olives, 4 dill pickles with Dijon mustard, half a can of mushrooms. Then comes the steamed cabbage, cauliflower and pumpkin. I go to bed fully stuffed. But the strange thing is, that the body seems to burn it up over night and when I take my morning constitution, I've lost weight.
