    How is it a genius move?

    If everyone participates, ownership of the Company remains unchanged - but you've increased your exposure to do so. Increasing your exposure should result in holders increasing their upside opportunity, not maintaining it.

    If they hadn't blown the money from our $3 raise this wouldn't be required. We've already funded this AML trial.

    Any scenario where surplus options aren't purged is a kick in the teeth.
