    A.In my opinion i think there is less than 10% chance that the fda will not approve the axiron product,the market obviously thinks the same.I would not be surprised if eli lilly makes an offer at $3.50 plus,if they wait and pay the milestone payments and royalties their cost of acquisition will be substantially more.
