    Hmm!! I guess crazy knows that for sure!But then maybe not!
    But once again with my grain of salt warning...May be it is not stopped dead but possibly being carefully perused before signature. Nov 19 is approaching and many litigations are settled on the steps of court by agreement rather than by court ruling. (I did top up under .40 so we will see!!!)
