I see it largest in MSCI Aus microcap (out of 501 members), only just ahead of Mesoblast, but yes it is a promotion candidate into smallcap and will be deleted from microcap. It's quite liquid and has a healthy sec lending market, so I wouldn't expect too much excitement... you might get an announcement effect and then elevated volume on the day, but this would be a relatively easy one to position for.
I'm not sure that using the term "meteoric" is a great term to use when describing trajectories of stock prices, but fine whatever
