    db76,

Some very good point there. Believe me.

I see IMHO that STO will eventually takeover ESG. Or should I say maybe.

But, I don't believe that STO will be in a hurry to complete that part of the business, because it is tied up with too many different things all going at once. Hence why, IMHO, they only topped up during the last CR to keep the previous level of control/ownership they had.

Don't forget that if they wanted to, they could have used the creeping conditions to accumulate more of ESG, but the fact remains that they dind't.

As for LNG, it is a very good thing, but IMHO there is too much going on at present, and there should be talks of consolidation. If they did, they could possibly achieve the same result in quicker time, with lesser costs and possibly more efficiency.

In the meantime it is my opinion that what the BR are saying to watch out for the quick T/O, is only smoke with no fire.

Because, even if ESG was going to go it alone with the LNG out of Newcastle, it would be many many years before anything will happen, and they haven't got the funds to do it anyway. They would have to at least sell parts of the projects to other entities that at the same time were prepared to be dealing with STO as well, and viceversa.

    My thoughts, and please DYOR.

    Cheers,

    Buddy
