Feel free to get excited about Revy, but his move from EVG to HIO doesn't make alot of sense unless he is a journey man micro-cap operator who was eased out of EVG, but needs another pay day . The only positive angle I can see would be he already owns a chunk of HIO shares bought on market and now wants to run the company , but yeah right
Retail offering closed Friday, so we should get shortfall notification by tomorrow , shortfall will be large with HIO trading well below 3.3 through entire period. I note the the shortfall offer will be open for 3 months , this means there is technically 30 milion shares overhang at 3.3 cents until directors officially close it or the three months is over. sigh
