"Retail offering closed Friday, so we should get shortfall notification by tomorrow , shortfall will be large with HIO trading well below 3.3 through entire period. I note the the shortfall offer will be open for 3 months , this means there is technically 30 milion shares overhang at 3.3 cents until directors officially close it or the three months is over. sigh"
