As I recall it adverts for jobs at Lucas Heights (presumably they involve work on ZS Si and MIST) also had security clearance requirements (no doubt Australian). It would be logical to expect that as the separator is presumably the same (or similar) design to that used for uranium that this at least would be covered by secrecy provisions. The lasers may be different (their v3 wavelengths would be different) but issues such as diffraction gratings, (to ensure a unique frequency with high side band suppression), multiplexers and the Beam Control System (BCS) would no doubt be the same (or very similar) so i guess that secrecy would also be necessary to the lasers required for other elements.
