I always thought what your saying is true, but Ive been wondering lately what that means for the buy sell hold options when we post? Is that not financial advice too? I dont know you'd even get to court to be honest. I doubt any of us here are playing with money that would be worth the lawyer fees, and even then, none of us are financial brokers so there has to be some onus on the individual if youre going to make drastic financial decisions based on posts of some website. I mean if you dont think there is people on here doing the old p&d then I think youd be better off saving your money or looking at fixed terms as a more suitable investment strategy.

Not having a direct dig at you, more a genealised post as i see ppl posy dyor and stuff and ive always wondered if it even mattered.
