Scaling up an existing vessel 3 fold, is not a risky process, as clearly explained, ironically, underneath your spam of red text, it's a manufacturing issue, i.e new mold casting and doesn't deserve a place on any timeline. It's a simple cost passed down from the manufacturer which generally becomes more efficient the more you build.
