so what exactly are they going to spend $300m on to restart production. They will already have:
- a very well maintained $300m mill/plant - the decline will be finished
Sure they will have to buy some mining equipment like jumbos, Etc but that won’t make much of a dent in $250m. They will need some working capital and cash for drilling but unlikely to go over $50m.
No idea why you think it’s going to cost $250m to restart production.
