Don't be silly- retail mugs do the heavy lifting and CE slings the big boys all the bargains.
The fact that the last two SPP have been way over subscribed just make it more pathetic that the board still only allocated 1 sixth of the CR to retail. As Big Kahuna stated, retail would have snapped up the lot at a much higher price if offered.
Anyhow, I truly hope they can justify such a large raise at such a discount in the webinar, because it still just looks like an unnecessary decimation of the SP to me.
