Tenner believe it or not, but I am 100% sure that Andrew the frog is reading all the posts here on HC or at least got his secretary to get a condensed overview. I gave him the advice for professional help already when he issued KfW application the first time. These companies know all the prerequisites that are necessary to start a successful aplication for such funds.
So it is well invested money to contract them.
