Forro, if Mashala is completed today, then the announcement could come at any time between later on this afternoon and open on Monday. This still means that there are only 5 & 1/2 hours left to buy stock in the 'old' CCC IF the completion of the acquisition happens simultaneously as the drawdown of funds. In all likelihood, next week Conti will become a much much much larger company than it is this week.
