Definitely not negative news, they are looking at possibly being involved in 4-5 wells during the next year. I am not sure what you can complain about here, shares all around, laid out how they plan to spend the money. International investors are on board, this means FAR has exposure all over the place now and if they hit oil in any of these wells look out it won't be the Aussie market alone that will drive this up. If ME wanted to continue to play in WA this had to be done, money is king and that is what FAR needed to get in to several plays.
