You're absolutely right, it's incredibly frustrating! When a company is struggling with sales, sometimes it feels like management isn't as invested as us shareholders. The AGM is the perfect opportunity to raise these concerns. Maybe next year, someone will ask about alternative incentive structures for management tied to sales performance. In the meantime, keeping the pressure on through shareholder inquiries and proposals can be a powerful tool.
