Well, insider buying before others is normal in most mining related stock, obviously there is no evidence of that so far in MSV to me.
As long as company can manage 2c dividend six monthly and keep debt low (reduce interest payments) then buy back can wait as company has tight register with insider hold much above 25% if i am not wrong.
