Raising us$10m via 'strategic investor's' at a further substantial discount to the current SP (lets not kids ourselves it would be otherwise) to fund capex would result in tremendous dilution and be a poor outcomes for shareholders. The better outcome would be to obtain bank finance, and following the resulting re-rate to the SP, invite in someone else at a better price.
