Have ordered from cettire numerous times and found them to be efficient and reliable. Have had no issues.
Like all online platforms ie eBay, Amazon, farfetch, net-a porter to name a few you're never going to satisfy 100% of the customers.
62% repeat customers is pretty good to me!
