I consider there to be extremely poor communication and administration by Dimerix and Automic on this....this is why...

The official Holding Statement (of one page) for OPT15 which all of us SH's received and read and keep in our records for reference purposes says EXP 30/07/2024 (with no other conditions mentioned). This document is our official record of that holding.

The ASX ann of the release of OPT15 in Oct 2021 (3 pages) which many of us SH's would read says "Exercisable at $0.40, expires 30/07/2024 or 20 days after Notification Date" but fails to include any indication/refence of what "Notification Date" actually means. No reference to any 'Trigger 'Date.

...and then an unassuming ASX ann on 20 March 2024 titled "Upcoming Notification of Upcoming Expiry of Unlisted Options". What SH of the OPT15's would have seen that and thought ' oh, that must include my unlisted options that are due to expire in 4.5 months time on 30 July 2024'! Nobody!

The Holding Statement and the original ASX release ann of the OPT15 SHOULD BOTH HAVE STATED the actual full conditions of expiry as per the condition set out in the Prospectus for consistency, clarity and accuracy!

Very clumsy comms / lack of clarity by Dimerix and Automic!
