and the IDF sited these tents in a supposed "safe" area..... so should have had no reason to fire on the encampment.
but it was the Aid org that reported this killing in the camp. they claimed they had informed IDF of the encampment so to ensure IDF would not fire on them. so I'm unsure if the camp was an Aid camp or IDF camp.
can you provide the missing info that says which camp it was?
