Pervious board issued new shares as part of their remuneration package as part of the near board spill in 2019( missed by 7%). The board been on a knifes edge is not a new thing.


This remuneration taken as shares were not brought on market, but shares added to the overall float every quarter.
Every quarter there was an overall dilution to the owners over the 4 years or 16 quarters. The point of difference the current Board have taken $900K out of circulation in say 9 months while the former board were adding to float over 4 years. Former employees thatown stock, do not own as much as they did or sold out. Not many own more.

The director whales did not believe their own forecast.

Anderson did not evenknow when the 4C was.

Also, the large salesprint 23Q$ was not in the sales forecast, also poses a bit of doubt on those reportedsales and questions the monitoring of what is happening overall during thattime.

Confidence needs to be rebuilt.

There is a better way.
