Hi Carna, any indication on when they submitted the amended Rts document?

I'm not surprised another amendment was required - we knew VRX was awaiting DCCEEW input prior to their final response & their input was only received in April.

I recall @Hobogonigal writing on 23/05 within the "Risk Factors" thread that EPA responded on 21/05 advising they were still awaiting VRX submission.

Good to hear it's atleast been submitted - EPA have a 4week timeframe from receipt of Rts to either "accept and publish proponents response to submissions" or request more information.

It's either EPA FOI were not up to date or it hadn't been processed or submitted at that time.

The next month should be interesting...
