my far here is this all takes too long ... abaout 2 years financing-talks now ... i think inflation is sending capex to about 1 billion USD and this slow execution + too small cost overrun-facility will make the coming construction -period very risky ... i was a owner of Horizonte minerals ...they raise all the money and they failed during construction because big cost -overruns ....
