    My understanding is that Silvercorp offer had a lot of conditions that didnt satisfied previous owners of MCB

    They got punished really bad since.

    Obviously none other bidder came into the party which leads into idea this is going to be a Joint Venture

    Financiers may want to lock in a deal here at the lows... and trading action points to that.

    SVM had 20% of ORR and still lost that deal to PRU

    I believe the same can happen here..

    now with permits... we may find out very soon
