Where are the announcements of the new directors to bring much needed governance experience and independent oversight to the board?? Must be having difficulty finding qualified directors willing to join this circus. Where is the news of the shift from interim CEO and CFO and disclosure of Rem packages they are negotiating for themselves?? It must worry us all how fast cash is running out having ignored previous management’s existing plans. Another CR will be required before they manage breakeven….
