No judge or court in Australia will ever make judgment against what’s in the best interest and has spiritual and cultural significance and connections to the First Nations People.
You simply have no case and no argument as there the traditional owners and they said no. You won’t even find a legal aid solicitor prepared to represent you in that case as even he would be to humiliated to face the judge and probably be barred for putting such a rediculous case in front of the judge.
