Agree with your comments tankhexman,,,,, especially the last part regarding the silence from COB the company must get out and promote the refinery project now to create awareness of its position in the supply of ethical nickel and cobalt to the market. There is every incentive to build this facility with help of Iwatani and the combined assistance of numerous Governments. For the small amount of capital required to get this underway I’m am amazed by the lack of promotion to market its potential IMO
