Yes if IVZ are Stoics they already have a stake in the ground and an idea of what ADNOC (who surely have made advances and extended interest in at least a JV...likely a buyout as they would rather go it alone...King Dicks!)
So wat would they pay with/without the PPSA. behind the scenes this is playing out I reckon and in ways we have imagined as yet. There is many ways this IVZ shebang could pan out and go.
I reckon the smart way is to (if no PPSA...and it is still an unknown lets face it) sell the shitter as no PPSA makes this a very steep mountain to climb.
ADNOC will have some heavy influence among the power brokers in ZIM just by their track record in other parts of Africa. They can sort of strongly suggest to the right pairs of ears that it would be a mistake to grant PPSA to IVZ. There is dirty work at the crossroads...we are not being told what exactly IMHO.
Would ADNOC pay 40c a share for IVZ and take it all? Or would they play the hard game and try to get it for around 10 cents a share? These are the sorts of scenarios we should be getting set for now...if there is no PPSA (likely?) then what is IVZ fall back position. Up shit creek without a paddle and a leaky canoe and a herd of Hippos further down river.
I stay positive but now and then the reality is no PPSA...no idea when or if it will ever arrive.
Very high stakes involved for several parties (not just ADNOC) to sit on the sidelines and feign only slight interest whilst doing the damage via their undoubted influence in the region and with Gov'ts.
The other side of the coin is that with the way I am talking it is most likely the PPSA will arrive really soon just to show that I know Jack and my postulations are without basis. But, are they?
