I think major shareholders who sold MCB and other deposits to CLA were expecting a better return on their investment.
SVM could have made a better offer and negotiated with them... something like Zijin did to Xam as I explained above.
cash + share merger that provided future upside for the shareholders.
They didn't get that and now they most likely engaged brokers to sit on the sell side until they can make a second attempt?
Copper and Gold prices are higher. Project is further derisked. let's see how that plays out.
