Assuming nothing else changes from here, we have a fully diluted SOI of 292 million. Which at current prices gives us a market cap of 70 million. This includes options, of which 13 million @ $1.10 are due in Nov-2024. For the US listing to be a success these options need to be in the money and converted, i.e. 300 million market cap by the end of the year.
