My Gut feel is definitely the buyers who bid in January when Gold was $2,000 & Silver $22 are going to be more desperate to buy it today than back in January is crystal clear.
I'm thinking even just a little sweetener in the definitive Agreement, like around 75c with no waiting for royalties should be enough.
Gino & Wife have over 20,000,000 shares, so i think taking a bird in the hand would be too tempting to pass up & then live happily ever after..
Minmetals want there 5% fee, so they will be doing there best to get highest Sale price possible.
Thinking about JV and the Chinese players involved, they are Massive , China's biggest Gold miners in Chifeng & possibly Zijin if they are really behind the Trans Metal Fund LP bid...... Why would they bother with a JV when some spare change could just buy it completely ?
Just how big they are suggests they would prefer to buy it 100% rather than stuff around with a JV partner..
I just keep looking back at the
$3 million placement @ 40c on 22/12/2022 when the Gold price was just $1,850 , which means they were bullish on Gold at $1,850 & were happy to make that investment and today we are a lot more advanced than back in December 2022
The Share price funny buggers always happens with the Chinese takeover stocks i have owned..
No greater recent Example than
TIE, without really deserving it, it suddenly fell from 80c down to 30c, & then the Chinese biggest shareholder launches a 58c takeover just a few weeks after the share price slam ( Did they do the slam ?
) , then soon after a 68c takeover was successful , even though share price was over 85c a few months earlier when Gold price was lower ! ....
well played Chinese ! 
So whenever Chinese are involved you have to ignore the share price, or better still understand if the share price funny buggers is happening, then from the smell you know the chef's in the Kitchen have started preparing the Fried Rice and Peeking duck soup.
One thing is for Certain, we have over +2.5 Million ounces of Gold, 22 Million ounces of Silver, a 10 year fresh underground mining permit, a 63c offer on the table, a present npv of over $1 BILLION Aussie, so that's worth at least the present offer of $120,000,000 Aussie dollars or 63c / share...
@ 21c per share today just tells you Aussies in General are too fat from property wealth to be bothered with it , so the opportunity is here for the rest of us hungry grasshoppers to have a feed.
