Just my thoughts but I think one of the ‘elephants in the room’ is the DVT trial as mentioned in the March 2024 Quarterly.

Whilst the DVT trial was given the go ahead by Dep’t Mines and EPA? (VRX say “environmental authorities why do they have to be vague?”) that process would only have seriously begun since end of March. I believe Arrowsmith region hasn’t had any significant rain for about 7 months (similar to us here in Perth) until two days ago and should get a good soaking over this week. So any chance of any seeds beginning to think about germinating would only have started about now.

Just thinking logically, would not the EPA hold any approval in abeyance until the DVT trial proves that seeds of the native vegetation will sprout into seedlings? This will take weeks if not a few/several months.

The Quarterly is silent on timing of the DVT trial process and whether EPA’s approval is dependent on the success of the trial. VRX do not even mention the VDT trial under the Environmental Approvals Process heading.

Surely this is basic, pertinent and fundamental information that should have been reported.
