Let's analyse what has happened.

BEL are told by the ASX that because they are a LIC, they cannot spinout an IPO. Correct?

LEL have recently sold (in principle) their Lithium asset and are merging their graphite assets with NVX. Correct?

LEL to remain ASX listed and to avoid being wound up, which would require distributing funds to SHs require an asset/tenements. Correct?

LEL & BEL share at least 2 senior personnel who have knowledge of this information. Correct?

BEL offload to LEL REE, Lithium & Uranium tenements (which you say are worthless). Correct?

Forgive my paranoia, but IMO this doesn't pass the pub test.
