Look , its very simple. You will all get an allocation of $15k worth at 5.8c (if you want it). So any holder can sell now at 7c at use the gauranteed arbitrage to buy back cheaper (asuming you held at 28/10 and hold less than $15k worth then why not??) This will keep a lid on the SP short term , but the reality is 2011 will be 'make or break' year for FAR. DYOR
