This is a big IF - If a company is actually looking at a takeover don’t be surprised a share price gets hammered lower than sustains around the same level for a while. When a takeover offer comes in at a premium price to the current price, the offer actually looks better to shareholders. Have seen this many, many times before. If this is not the scenario, nothing to worry about as facts are facts about the trial result and the company is continuing to move forward. Cheers
