    Spent $736K in quarter to make $629K.
    Would have been insolvent without capital raising. Damn good thing we've got money coming from that sale.... terms and conditions???

    I sure hope that with Winter setting in, production doesn't go down the shute or the sale fall through because the only thing that hasn't been going down with ELK has been the cost of running the company.
