I have one question if you can shed some light for me as I have no clue.
I know in the event of a buyout all the piggybacks options that I have got but have not executed yet will still be paid out.
For Example $11.25 buyout every share I got in the piggyback options ill receive $10 as you -$1.25
That I get
What I'm not sure is what if we are it talks but has not been signed off yet will we need to execute these piggybacks so they don't become void?
Or we cross that bridge when it comes.
The reason why I'm saying it is I strongly believe we will get someone around that time for a buyout
