In addition to the "shoe thrower" being given a seat directly in front of Howard and with no one in front of him to obstruct his field of fire, and the twitter signal to "throw shoes now" that was broadcast by ABC, it needs to be explained by the ABC why there was a camera set up diagonally across the room that was filming the "shoe thrower" BEFORE the shoe was thrown. The camera was positioned to get the widest possible field of view of the room and no other footage was broadcast by this camera either before after the shoe was thrown. Please explain ABC.
