Well ladies and gentlemen consolidation we got it, were will it take us from here who knows. Not much to report on the meeting it was much tamer than last year. Dividends won't be paid for the next 12 mths which was predictable but on the upside the Directors seemed excited about the European business prospects next year. Top Ryde was mentioned but nothing positive at this time and of course so was Goldfiels House and Pentridge as per the Ann. My feelings speaking to the directors after the meeting was that they were being cautious but upbeat about the future as some of the projects (Top Ryde, Noosa, Pyrmont) have a chance to bring about a positive outcome for Valad,the uncurtainy is any of them could go either way. As I stated in previous posts I'm staying in long unless the NTA falls dramaticly, my position is well below the presant NTA so I'm having a punt that recovery and divs are not too far into the future.
