The implication is that some who were part of a previous large shareholder base at TMT and - as such - received (or felt they received) special ‘cosy with management’ treatment now feel a bit left in the cold.

Beyond this I am pretty sure that, up to the start of 2023, TMT was actually waving that Chinese MOU around (and extensions to it) like a flag at every one of the (multiple) presentation circuit shows it attended.
But one will we hear on the EPA decision?
