It is indeed very difficult @piwi33.

It took months, (from July to December 2022) to see the skulduggery of the Kidston/Skip Capital takeover come to an end. In the end I had to read of the withdrawal of the legally flawed "bid" in the press.

The AFR put out the initial insider spin for the 2022 takeover, as it did in this one, but never reveal why the "bid" was withdrawn.

NAIF refused to tell me if it ultimately obtained a legal opinion from the Solicitor-General. Now NAIF refuses to clarify its position on the possible future ownership of the "SECRET" loan.

Now I am still waiting for ASIC's Peter Witham to tell me the date my Report of Misconduct was registered by ASIC. ASIC delays telling me a date but was quick to tell me to "go see a lawyer".

Now I wait to see if I receive a meaningful acknowledgement to a letter I sent today to the Chair and Non-Execuutive Member of the FIRB Mr Bruce Miller OA.

Delay and confusion are very much in ASIC's toolbox.
