Does anyone honestly believe if we take this to arbitration for years and win that we will recover any of the legal costs incurred???

Good luck getting a company in Mali settling their debts against on those run up in an international court case. What are you going to claim it against???

The company should be wound up ASAP and if the current Directors do not have the balls to do it install a new set, which is what the TOP holders will push for.
