The entire market was down today and this was exacerbated by the uptick in inflation which further led to negative direction of the market today.
It's not just happening to FMG. FMG just got caught up with the rest of the sell off.
What we do know is IOP will remain elevated for much longer, unlikely to return to previous lows any time soon. You can thank inflation for that and the conflicts around the globe.
So it bodes very well for FMG who is running with very low debt and has exposure to both iron ore and hydrogen decarbonisation projects.
