I dont believe the retreating of the tails would be an option. The Fingall dumps have been treated before, and i believe they put some of it through the Big Bell mill.
The Big Bell tails would be marginal because there mining head grade was low.
I see that Anglo Ashanti pulled out of WGR Rover project, so instead of getting a cash injection they have to find another investor, or fund this project themselves. If they did have any plans for AAG this may throw a spanner in the works
