The company has cash in the bank ahead of further funding. Those options have around 6 months to expiry and they will raise A$1.5mill or US$1mill. It won't change much right now to the funding requirements and maybe they're not as desperate for cash as you think.

Are you forgetting that management invested around $1mill in the recent cr?
Come November, I would fully expect those directors to exercise their options.
