Surely if someone else owns Morilla SA they will be responsible for paying creditors given they are aware of creditors when they purchased, and the creditors are also reflected in the sale price of $1
I can imagine our lawyers would take that line secondary to the line ‘We have no legal responsibility or agreements in place to fund Morilla SA.
