Looking at the factual allegations I have attached above. It's interesting that JP MORGAN were given various details of the technology in 2015/2016 and then one of the JP MORGAN representatives was part of a subsequent JP MORGAN patent application which was rejected it seems because of the Identitii patent. Will be interesting to see if the Identitii lawyers are able to come up with the goods to extract some sort of settlement from JP MORGAN especially with the Identitii market cap sitting at just $4m.
The ones that would have the greatest knowledge about the patent would be the original inventors, and I hope they have been consulted in filing this claim as it would certainly help our argument if it has been violated.
