i planned to log into a live stream but now see this year's AGM isn't being openly broadcast.
Kin who is in Malaysia & other board members, staff & large shareholders like Animoca, will be attending virtually.
restricting AGM attendance to only Melbourne based SH & large SH of the company's choosing, with webcast access & not universally, is surely in breach of ASX regulations?
i never even received acknowledgement my voting form was received
unprofessional. incompetent. cowards
